Please note: Apple Intelligence is available in beta on iPad mini (A17 Pro) and iPad models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK or US), as an iPadOS 18 update. Additional features and Chinese (Simplified), English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish language support available in early April, with more languages coming over the course of the year, including Vietnamese. Some features may not be available in all regions or languages.

About Phones
We in only deal in premium quality devices.
All our phones are fully tested by our expert team of technicians to ensure 100% working functionality. Our quality control process includes product functionality testing, as well as ensuring the battery health of every device meets our stringent standard.
We mainly deal with 3 grades:
A+
These devices are in like new, Grade A+ condition – they show minimal signs of usage and come with 12 months’ warranty. Our Grade A+ devices are pre-owned with original Apple parts (i.e., not refurbished). They come with a battery health rating of 80%-100%.
AA+
Our highest grade of stock, Grade AA+ phones are just like brand new and have little to no usage whatsoever. They come with 100% battery health and do not show any signs of usage.
Like Grade A+, these phones are 100% original and have not been refurbished.
B+
This is a lower grade of device, which may show signs of usage such as scratches on the screen or small dents on the casing. These devices are fully tested and come with 12 months’ warranty. They come with battery health rating of 80%-100%.
Some of these devices may have been refurbished using high quality parts, and therefore may show a message in the device’s settings stating “battery or display cannot be verified as original”
These parts and messages do not affect the overall performance of Grade B+ devices.
Warranty
Premium Pre-Owned Phones/ Just like Brand New Phones (12 months warranty)
We inspect all of our devices before sale to ensure that all devices meet our high standard and grading system. We test all our devices and make sure that they are 100% functional. Batteries health is rated to be above 80% for our Grade A+ phones and 100% for our Grade AA+ phones.
We encourage our customers to buy our Grade AA+ phones, which have virtually no usage whatsoever, come with 100% battery health, and do not show any signs of usage.
We encourage all of our customers to inspect and test their devices at the time of purchase.
Please note that we will not cover any Grade A+ or AA+ phones under warranty if we find any damage or distress such as scratches, dents, cracks, broken parts or any other kind of physical damage to the device. Please check the front, back, and sides of your phone to make sure there is no physical or liquid damage before returning to us for any warranty queries.
Third-party repair of any kind will also void warranty.
B+ Phones (12 months warranty)
This grade may show signs of usage such as scratches on the screen or small dents on the casing. These devices are fully tested and come with 12 months warranty. They come with battery design capacity of 80%-100%. Some of these devices may have been refurbished using high quality parts, and therefore may show a message in the device’s settings stating: “battery or display cannot be verified as original”.
Our warranty covers all manufacturing faults, not self-inflicted damage or distress to the device.
Our warranty covers a defective battery, not everyday usage of the battery where the battery health will decrease over time. Sometimes in this case, we will need to take the device into our lab for testing for up to 24 hours to test if the battery is defective or if it is down to general usage. Batteries for B-Stock phones are covered for a period of 6 months, whereas Grade A+ and AA+ batteries are covered for 1 year.
Third-party repair of any kind will also void warranty.
Refunds:
We have a 7-day refund policy where if the customer is unhappy with their device for any reason, they have 7 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Brand new devices must be returned unused, unopened in original sealed packaging. If a seal is broken or thre device has been activated, we cannot issue a refund. If the device is an online order, we do not cover postage costs.
Faulty devices must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a direct exchange. After this period, we reserve the right to repair the device.
Proof of purchase MUST be provided when bringing a device back for any reason. We cannot be responsible for negligence.
We may choose to repair the product in-house or to replace as necessary outside of the 14-day exchange policy. Your return will be given high priority, with most repairs and replacements being completed in approximately 1-3 working days.
